Battle Creek Diaper Initiative

Beginning in 2016, Dr. Michael Glass in partnership with the Battle Creek Housing Commission and other community partners began hosting a monthly diaper distribution event at Parkway Manor (a BC Housing Commission property on the north side of Battle Creek). Diapers for these events have been funded through a variety of ways – including personal donations, local grants, diaper donation collection sites with local partners, and events during Diaper Awareness Week (the last week of September each year).
