Galveston Diaper Bank

The mission of Galveston Diaper Bank is to provide diapers and wipes to Galveston families in crisis and need, partnering with local organizations involved in creating a healthier environment for our low-income families and seniors.

Galveston Diaper Bank (GDB) was founded in August of 2013 to meet the needs of Galveston Island community members who were being adversely affected by diaper need, that is, the condition of not having a sufficient supply of clean diapers to ensure that infants and toddlers are clean, healthy and dry; and provided senior citizens the dignity they deserve.

With the support of the Galveston community, GDB has grown to serve seventeen (17) partner agencies and seven (7) early childhood centers.
